At Elimu Excellence Academy, we welcome students who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our vibrant community. Our admissions process is designed to be comprehensive yet straightforward, allowing us to get to know prospective students and their families while providing all the information needed to make an informed decision.
Submit your application online or in person, including all required documents and information about your academic history.
Our admissions team will review your application, transcripts, and other materials to assess your fit with our school.
Upon acceptance, complete the enrollment process, including course selection and orientation.

Admissions Requirements
General Admissions Requirements
All applicants to Elimu Excellence Academy must submit the following materials as part of their application:
- Completed application form
- Official transcripts from previous schools (last 2 years)
- KCPE results or standardized test scores
- Two letters of recommendation (from teachers)
- Personal statement or essay
- Interview (scheduled after application review)

Covers core academic program and standard activities
Includes additional ESL support and international student services
- Application Fee (non-refundable)KES 7,500
- Enrollment Deposit (applied to tuition)KES 1,000
- Technology Fee (annual)KES 2,500
- Activity Fee (annual)KES 2,000
- Lab Fees (per science course)KES 1,050
Financial Aid & Scholarships
Elimu Excellence Academy is committed to making quality education accessible to qualified students regardless of financial circumstances. We offer need-based financial aid and merit scholarships to eligible students.
Need-Based Financial Aid
Financial aid awards are based on demonstrated financial need and can cover up to 50% of tuition costs.

Merit Scholarships
Merit scholarships recognize academic excellence, leadership, and special talents in areas such as academics, arts, and athletics.
